Exchange Policy

At Kaliylah Abayas, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist you with an exchange.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are available for eligible items in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the return of the original item and the shipment of the replacement item.

For UK customers, the average exchange shipping cost is approximately £7.30 (£3.65 for the return shipment and £3.65 for sending the replacement item).

International Orders

International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges must be paid promptly upon notification from the shipping carrier.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

If an order is returned because customs duties or import taxes were not paid, the order will not qualify for an exchange. Any costs associated with the return or re-shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Approval

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange requirements. If approved, your replacement item will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
